How to use Auction Data Search System to find your favorite cars from Japan Auto Auctions:


Go to http://www.auctiondatasearch.jp  (ADS home page)



Enter given username & password from www.hasnihon.com

You may see a page like this one:




You can select the options according to your search. (Note: You can select multiple options by Holding down Ctrl key while clicking on options.)

There is also option to search by Lot ID or Auction No. (Note: Entering data in these two fields will ignore other search parameters.)

After doing a search another button will appear with label "Save Search" to save your search. After clicking on that button enter give a name to your search in the dialog box appeared and press "OK". You will see your Saved searches in the left sidebar under "Saved Searches" block.

In the above screen the following search criteria is set.

* Maker is Toyota. (Selecting Make will automatically update Models for that specific Maker)
* Model is BELTA.
* Auction Grade is 4 or 4.5
* Displacement (Engine CC) is less than or equal to 1000.
* year less than or equal to 2010
* run less than or equal to 50,000km

There you go!




Totally 25 cars found at the moment.

You can click on the title on the header to sort the result according to that column. Clicking again on that header will reverse the sort order.

You can click on the + sign on the left side in search results to quickly view the car detail and can also bid right from there.

You can also add the car to your list by clicking on the icon in the right side of search results.

You can also click on the Lot ID of the car to go to it's detail's page.




Auction sheet explains the general condition of a car.
It has written in Japanese and might be difficult to get details.
However our auction staffs may help you to understand auction sheets.

Bid options for the car is defined while placing an amount;

Plan A : Payment should be done within 4 working days.
Plan B : Payment should be done within 8 working days.

Bidding Price : Amount defines auction bidding price.
FOB Price : Amount defines FOB price of the car.

DP : Direct to Port.
DHP : Transfer to Has-Nihon yard, then port.
DHP+IP : Transfer to Has-Nihon yard, then port (car inspection & extra photos are included).


No-deposited customers may face a screen such as below one.
Deposit amount calculated by 25% of purchasing amount.

Default payment method is PayPal/Credit Card via paypal@hasnihon.com account.
